“I am here to bring my heart, soul, and mind to find the cracks of hope for the future of our life on planet Earth.”
I am first and foremost a mama, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend.
After over two decades of working in nonprofits, raising over $20 million (and feeling the intense burnout that comes with this life that I chose) I realized that it was time to think about my work differently. That the world is calling me to bring my full self to the table.
Stephanie Green Weizer Consulting was born out of a desire to not only transform my own life but to help shift narratives so that we can transform ourselves and our planet.
As a grant writer, I believe in our collective ability to shift toward a life-affirming and just future. This is what I bring to the table with my clients. I also bring the awareness that to achieve our bold visions, we must take care of each other and learn to collaborate better. Using a blend of empathetic listening and strategic, holistic thinking, I help organizations to unleash abundance.
When I am not working, I spend my days with my two young children and my husband exploring the magic of the natural world through gardening and hiking and exploring new places.
I draw my inspiration from the Regenerative Movement, the Black Futurist Movement, mycelium networks, Emergent Strategy (adrienne marie brown), and Community Centric Fundraising. With an endless hunger to learn and grow, I also draw inspiration from my clients - their passion and the collective desire to improve as humans living on planet Earth.
If you’d like to work with me, you can expect that I will approach my work with grace, humility and the bigger picture at hand. I understand that our collective experience as humans is directly in connection with your mission, your values, and your purpose.

We honor the enduring sacred connection that the Indigenous Peoples have with this land and we are grateful for their continued example of living in the right relationship to the earth.
We also acknowledge the devastating impacts of colonization, including but not limited to the atrocities of genocide, enforced displacement, cultural erasure, and the unjust appropriation of Indigenous lands. As part of our ongoing journey, we are committed to learning from and honoring the Indigenous traditions that exemplify resilient stewardship of our sacred earth. We are also committed to recognizing the interconnection of all beings to pursue a future that embraces the principles of healing, justice and equity.
